Job Summary
Brik Oven Private Limited is looking for a motivated Commi 2 to assist with daily production activities at its Doddaballapura facility. The role supports the preparation and processing of products across four domains: Dough, Pastry, Bread, and Cheese, while maintaining quality, hygiene, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production activities in the assigned domain: Dough, Pastry, Bread, or Cheese.
- Measure and prepare ingredients as per recipes and instructions.
- Support mixing, shaping, baking, preparation, and processing activities as applicable to the assigned domain.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow food safety procedures and minimize ingredient wastage.
- Support Commi 1 and senior production staff in meeting daily production targets.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of bakery or food production is preferred.
- Willingness to learn production techniques and standard recipes.
- Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
